Task Bender hesabını ve sunucumuzdaki bütün verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan silmek

1. Task Bender'ı aç ve hesabınla giriş yap.
2. Ayarlar'a gir ve Hesabımı sil'e dokun. Uygulamanın yeni sürümlerinde bu tuş, Ayarlar'ın en üstündeki hesap satırına (e-posta adresin) dokununca açılan Hesap sayfasındadır.
3. Silmeyi onayla.

Silme hemen yapılır ve geri alınamaz.

Uygulamaya giremiyorsan

Hesabının e-posta adresinden hello@taskbender.app adresine "Hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana haber veririz.

Neler silinir

• Hesabın: e-posta adresin, şifrenin özeti, Google / Apple ile girdiysen adın ve profil fotoğrafının bağlantısı.
• Şifreli görevlerin ve eşitlenen ayarların (uyanma ve yatma saati, dil, sonlandırılan günler, ilk kullanım günü).
• Üyelik bilgin, davet kodun ve davet kayıtların.
• Şifreleme bilgilerin (varsa): kurtarma koduyla kilitli anahtarın ve anahtar doğrulama değeri. Uygulamadan sildiğinde telefondaki anahtar da (iCloud Anahtar Zinciri / Google yedeği dahil) silinir.
• Bu telefondaki görevlerin ve ayarların.

Neler kalır

• Sunucu sağlayıcımızın (Supabase) yedeklerindeki kopyalar, yedeklerin saklama süresi dolunca kendiliğinden silinir.
• Hesabına bağlı olmayan kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları, Google'ın saklama sürelerine göre (Analytics için en fazla 14 ay, Crashlytics için 90 gün) tutulur.
• Telefon başına tutulan ilk kullanım kaydı (telefon kimliğinin geri çevrilemez özeti), ücretsiz dönemin kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için kalır; seni tanımlamaz.

Hesabın yoksa

Giriş yapmadıysan görevlerin ve ayarların sadece telefonunda durur; sunucumuzda sana ait bir hesap yoktur. Uygulamayı silmen hepsini silmeye yeter.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Task Bender account and all your data on our server at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Task Bender and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete my account. In newer versions of the app this button is on the Account page, which opens when you tap the account row (your email address) at the top of Settings.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.

If you can't get into the app

Send an email with the subject "Delete my account" from your account's email address to hello@taskbender.app. Once we've confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, your password hash, and your name and profile photo link if you signed in with Google / Apple.
• Your encrypted tasks and synced settings (wake-up and bedtime, language, ended days, first-use date).
• Your membership, invite code and invite records.
• Your encryption details (if any): your key locked with the recovery code and the key check value. When you delete in the app, the key on your phone (including iCloud Keychain / Google backup) is deleted too.
• The tasks and settings on this phone.

What stays

• Copies in our server provider's (Supabase) backups are deleted automatically when the backup retention period ends.
• Usage statistics and crash reports, which aren't linked to your account, are kept according to Google's retention periods (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
• The per-phone first-use record (an irreversible hash of the phone's identifier) stays to prevent abuse of the free period; it doesn't identify you.

If you don't have an account

If you never signed in, your tasks and settings are only on your phone and we have no account for you on our server. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
